It’s more about being…rather than doing.
We’ll start sitting, so you may want to walk or stand before that, just to vary your position.
If your seat is deep, have 1-2 pillows nearby to insert behind your back so that the weight of your head is not leaning back, but rather ‘stacked’ upon your shoulders and ribcage, requiring very little effort to keep it there.
