Margi Green is a Certified Neuromuscular Therapist and Structural Bodyworker with 30 years experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist. Five years ago ; seeing the need for her clients to be able to help themselves decrease their own pain – she developed and began teaching her Relax & Lengthen Yoga™ Classes.
Our goal is to help you learn how to Relax , Reduce your pain and Stretch Safely to regain your natural height and flexibility – Gentle, Conscious Solutions.
This Class will incorporate :
- Use of small flexible balls to massage away muscular tension
- Gentle , Conscious Stretching to restore length and flexibility
- Learn how you can reduce your pain using small postural corrections!
This class is suitable for men and women, of all body types and most physical conditions; whether you are just beginning , or want to expand your level of fitness and flexibility. You are welcome to take as many or as few classes as required to achieve your personal goals.
